Abstract:

The article examines the issues of establishment and functioning of crisis management system at an agricultural organization. We define conditions that necessitate the system's establishment. We also stress characteristics of agricultural production, affecting crisis management processes. The introduced crisis management system is structured into subsystems: information, marketing, organizational, technological and financial. For each subsystem we define range of tasks. Establishment of the crisis management system is aimed at solving the issues of ensuring safety, steadiness and development of an agricultural enterprise in the long term.
