Abstract:

The article discusses the possibility of using interactive and projective techniques in trainings for formation of self-control skills of future engineers. We present options for group and individual use of projective drawing exercises. The author's adaptation of popular drawing exercises aimed at preventing emotional stress of future engineers and skills development of group interaction.


Highlights:

The use of projective drawing exercises is efficient to the study of psycho-hygiene self-care techniques for mood, concentration and well-being improving
The draw is the way of self-knowledge and a tool for subjective emotional expression experience
When future engineers participate in group drawing exercises they form new communication and group interaction skills, emotional self-control and stress resistance
