Abstract:

Innovation and technological development management in the region is faced with the problem of training and retaining professionals in the new sectors of the economy or in the process of introducing new technologies into existing sectors of the regional economy. Transition of the Russian investment and construction of the complex to the new national technology standards, information modeling began with the establishment of formal institutions in the industry, the standards of the new specialty for innovation and technology management are not defined in full, which creates uncertainty in the industry. The author proposes to use the model of technological innovation and growth management in the region through a regional engineering center BIM-technology transfer in the framework of regional clusters. The model can be used to develop industrial growth policy in the region, to improve the competitiveness of regional firms as the basis for sustainable development of regional economy.
