The monograph discloses the theoretical and methodological aspects of enterprises development as a self-organizing social and economic systems at the micro-level. As a result of self-organization theory genesis study the author highlights the time stages of their development; systematizes different directions, schools and the theories of self-organization characterized by the macro-, meso- and micro levels, formulates the terminological apparatus. The significant place takes the consideration of the methodological foundations for the development of self-organizing systems: their features, steps and principles of self-organization in the socio-economic systems; study approaches and classification system. Particular attention is paid to developing an integrated mechanism of enterprise self-organization. We grounded the organizational contents of economic, motivational and informational mechanisms of self-organization, taking into account the stages of enterprise life cycle and self-organizing process. The book discloses in details the methodological tools, including the method of standard ratios, the method of determining the self-organization coefficient, the pyramidal model of business performance and benchmark metrics. We present the method of determining the self-organization stages and optimal combinations for management actions for the purposeful organization and natural self-organization processes.
