Abstract:

In the article, the present state and problems of Russian small- and medium-sized business have been considered. The factors influencing on the development of entrepreneurial structures and implying the introduction of strategic changes have been singled out. The authors substantiate the need to develop and promote the methods of the strategic management of changes at a modern enterprise and propose a systematization of the strategies of changes subject to the model according to which the enterprise reacts to changes in internal and external environments. The stages of formation of a strategy of changes have been developed. Target and basic indicators of the performance assessment of the introduction of the strategy of changes.
