Abstract:

In article is carried out the comparative analysis of institutional bases of a forest complex of regions of the Northwest federal district. As object of the analysis selected the bodies of authority and the sphere of their powers, normative legal acts, their number and area of regulation. The article is addressed to specialists in the field of forestry, scientists, representatives of the governing bodies, and all who studies institutional economics.
