Abstract:

This article is an attempt to justify the industrial policy in developing countries. The author reviewed and analyzed the key theoretical and practical aspects of the industrial policy rationale. Important modern achievements of foreign and Russian economists in the sphere of economic development, innovations and industrial policy are also discussed. This article will be useful to experts in the field of economic development and state policy.
