Abstract:

The paper considers efficiency indices of human capital state management. The author have illustrated basic indices: educational level, denominated by overall quantity of students; level of healthcare, defined by demographic death rate; level of unemployment and inflation as a result of overrated inflationary expectations, denominated by consumer prices index.
