Abstract:

The article puts forward a model for risk management integration into the general contour of the company management system based on consolidation of the potentials of such tools as BSC, SWOT-analysis and PESTLE-analysis. The has explained the basic components of this model and its characteristics. The presented approach facilitates complete implementation of the principles of risk-oriented management and enables to assess the risk-potential influence on achievement of the company’s strategic goals. The article is intended for the professionals whose activities are related to risk management in the real sector companies, scientists, students and lecturers of higher educational institutions.
