The article studies the mechanism of implementation of innovative logistics strategy to optimize the business processes of large industrial enterprises and to determine the economic effect. In For this purpose the authors formulated the main aims of using this strategy: characterized various concepts of logistics innovative activity, systematized information about innovative logistics strategies in a single database, monitored control over logistics costs, planned performance indicators, defined saving after optimization of “problem” business processes of large industrial enterprises. The authors defined stages of formation of an innovative logistics strategy. These include: setting goals, defining tasks, predicting the results, analyzing the implementation costs, risk assessment, implementation of the results, and evaluation of the results efficiency. The stages are a logical sequence of actions in the form of a closed cycle, designed to achieve the results, that means to optimize the business processes and to determine the effectiveness.
