Abstract:

The article gives the author’s opinion about “co-regulation” as the rationalization of the state business regulation system. It presents the Project of development of the Russian Business Unity (the definition is introduced in the science and structurally developed by the author) in the country and in Chelyabinsk Region in particular. The results of the research presented in the article are of practical importance for organizing an effective interaction between state institutions and business structures of different ownership types. This article is intended for bachelors and masters, postgraduates and professors, the business community, state and municipal officers.
