Abstract:

The article presents the modern specifics of payroll cost formation and discovers payroll trends within the international scope. More details are given about the payroll cost structure, especially the payroll administration at German and Russian industrial enterprises. This article may be useful to scientists, postgraduates, managers and employees of industrial enterprises.
