Abstract:

The article analyses foreign experience of organizing healthcare for working population. Based on the analysis results, the authors propose certain recommendations on its use in healthcare departments of Russian industrial enterprises. They describe the most advantageous practices of mutually beneficial collaboration of the state and business in terms of healthcare and medical insurance of employees, including public-private partnership and outsourcing The article will be of interest to healthcare management professionals, economists, and those who are concerned with the issues of social sphere reorganization.
