Abstract:

This author presents original comparative-analytical and evaluation indices that allow to asses housing affordability in the conditions of socially responsible economy. These indices enable to evaluate the actual situation on the real estate market and to reveal the factors influencing on housing affordability. The article will be of interest to the professionals engaged in assessing the efficiency of investment projects in the residential construction sphere.
