Abstract:

The focus of the authors is given to the problem of students 'adaptation to learning in the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Highlighted the range of problems that arise during the period of adaptation of freshmen. It shows the relationship of favorable psychological and pedagogical conditions of University education on successful adaptation of students. The expedience of introduction of various tools and methods during the period of adaptation. In the study authors show that developed and applied in practice by specialists of the Department " Health-protection technologies and adaptive physical culture" of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University complex program on creation of conditions for formation of healthy lifestyle of students is considered as an effective means of improving academic achievement, health promotion and help in adaptation of students to learning.
