Abstract:

The article reviews certain issues typical of the system of federal subsidies to entities of the Russian Federation. The chance for consolidation of subsidies has been evaluated, different options for its implementation have been compared. Drawbacks of the methodical assistance of the subsidies granting process are revealed and methods for their elimination are suggested.
