Abstract:

Recently, the development of public-private partnerships (PPP) has become one of the state policy priorities, encouraging the regions to scale up PPPs regardless of their effectiveness. At that, only few attempts to assess PPP projects content-wise have been undertaken in Russia. The article contains an efficiency analysis of the PPP agreements concluded in Russia in the social sphere, and the authors give certain suggestions for the improvement of the Federal legislation regulating PPPs.
