The author presents her approach to solution of the problem of coordination of the economic interests at carrying out joint activities by the professional participants of the Russian microelectronics market. In order to determine the level of interests coordination, specific criteria and indicators have been identified. The author has also resolved the problem of evaluating the effect from partner enterprises’ joint activities. The article will be of interest for the researchers working in the field of network organizational structures and electronic industry enterprises’ economy and management.
