Abstract:

Presently, the positions of a company in the market can (and do) change. Therefore, it is necessary to implement new management principles on a regular basis. Otherwise, the risk of losing the achieved positions will be considerably higher. The introduction of outsourcing, co-sourcing or use of crowdsourcing can increase the competitive advantages of a company, as well as decrease them. The authors discuss the essence of the most important characteristics of such categories as insourcing, outsourcing, co-sourcing, crowdsourcing, perform their analysis and comparison. The research result is the determination of the conditions of using the instruments of these categories. The information presented in the article will be useful to the researchers working in this field, as well as to company managers.
