Abstract:

Article examines the question whether in the near future subscription to foreign journals in academic libraries Siberian region partially or completely be transferred to their membership in an electronic format. To do this, consider the structure of the subscription are factors that characterize the use of electronic scientific journalsin the Russian Academy of Sciences, and an analysis of the survey results scientists Krasnoyarsk Scientific Center Research Institute and one of the Novosibirsk Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences
