Abstract:

The article provides a brief description of state property in possession of the Federal service of execution of punishment, and stresses its importance for the implementation of enforcement activities. However, it is shown that at the level of management, legal and scientific support account, disposal and use of Federal property in the Federal penitentiary service is not up to par. This allowed the author to make a number of proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of the management of state property in possession of the Federal penitentiary service.
