Abstract:

New practice of defining priorities of scientific and technical development through “Foresight” method occupies special place in development of scientific, technical and innovative strategy of the state. The given methodology is connected not so much with future prognostication, than with its formation, creation for participants of the process of common view of perspective on the basis of wide social dialogue involving all interested parties.
