Abstract:

This article defines the fundamentals of public-private partnership as an effective instrument for activation of innovation processes in economy. The experience of training experts in the sphere of public-private partnership is analyzed using the examples of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. The main participants of the educational services market in the sphere of public-private partnership in these countries are reviewed. The process of introduction of the course “Theory and practice of public-private partnership” into the higher educational institution’s curriculum is analyzed in detail and the necessity to activate the training of experts in the sphere of public-private partnership is proven.
