Abstract:

The article represents the author's view on the essence of various approaches to the business processes improvement in terms of innovation, creative and rational components. The objective of the study was to define the differences in innovativeness, creativity and rationalism of engineering, reengineering, redesign and improvement of business processes. As a result, these approaches have been considered not only from the organizational perspective, but also from the perspective of the approaches of modern economic paradigm that takes into account the information, networking and innovation factors. The article is written for a broad range of researchers and experts in the field of economics and management, including professionals in the field of logistics and supply chain management.
