Abstract:

This article discusses development trends of loft centers as a tool to enhance the investment attractiveness and improve the appearance of industrial estates. The findings reflect the existing challenges and potential benefits of projects to build loft centers. The proposed solutions to this problem will allow municipalities to ensure the development of depressed areas of the city.
