This article discloses the change of investors' and developing companies' priorities, from introduction of new real estate objects towards the more effective management of existing objects. Upon results of the research it has been discovered that implementation of methods for professional management of infrastructure of not only commercial but also state and municipal real estate objects is needed in order to increase the economic effectiveness. Different aspects of facility management as the innovative methodology for management of infrastructure and technical operation of real estate objects are suggested.
