Abstract:

The authors discuss the development China’s legislation in the field of property valuation. The authors have revealed certain flaws in the legislation in force and pointed out certain advisable-for-the-application-in-China regulations governing this sphere in Russia. They have also formulated the ways of improving Chinese legislation in the field of property valuation.
