Abstract:

The article presents an original view on the industrial and trade policy and suggests certain principles and methods for their implementation. Additionally, the authors identify the levels of the industrial and trade policy implementation. A proper consideration of these levels reveals their common patterns and also makes clear the insufficiency of the current prevailing understanding of the trade policy.
