Abstract:

The article presents the results of the study of relevant methods for diagnostics of deliberate bankruptcy. The methods used by both experts for carrying out relevant inspections and trustees in bankruptcy for completing reports on the signs of deliberate bankruptcy are reviewed in detail.   A comparative analysis of the methods used by experts and trustees in bankruptcy is also given.  The research is based on financial and accounting analysis, study of the effectiveness of the suggested methods from the economic and legal points of view. The results of this work will be used for building a more effective model for diagnostics of deliberate bankruptcy.
