The article discusses the indicators of activities and the development directions of the public services sphere. The author presents his vision of the essence of social loading of this sphere, emphasizes the importance of its further improvement in the Republic as one of the indicators of nations’ welfare and families’ prosperity. He also provides critical appraisal of public services quality, points to the existing problems and gives recommendations on stimulating growth in this sphere.
