Abstract:
This work is a study of the implementation of targeted programs providing measures of support and development for small and medium enterprises on the example of the Stavropol region. Continuity of activities is the basis of the accepted programs, creating the potential sustainability of the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The necessity for modeling the processes of development of SMEs is proven, given its cyclicality.
