Abstract:

The aim of the conducted research was a theoretical study of the potential effectiveness of public-private partnership “tools” as compared to the measures of economic duress in influencing the sectors of social and "cheap" housing at the regional real estate market. In the course of study, the author has analyzed the evidence and the retrospective results of Russian and foreign research works. The results of the study include the author’s conclusion according to which using the instruments of public-private partnerships on the regional real estate market is expedient, as well as the development and implementation of a comprehensive program of rural development in the region. The ideas, conclusions and generalizations of this study can serve as the basis for further theoretical analysis of the problems of managing the real estate market, and for the development of targeted programs for the development of rural areas.
