Abstract:
The author presents the elements of a corporate system – a subsystem of an organizational and economic mechanism. The organizational and economic mechanism of property management is examined as an economic category that determines the relations of property disposal and ownership. It is proved that the empirical and theoretical study of a possibility of self-organization for the forming and previously formed organizational and economic systems is of great importance for Russia today.
