Abstract:

The article is devoted to the study of the essence and priorities of the Russian economy reindustrialization, development of the innovative entrepreneurship as a regional mechanism for solving the tasks of intensive industrial development taking into account the needs of consumers and specific features of the reindustrialization processes at the sub-regional level. The role of a region in this aspect is disclosed, the priority factors of innovative entrepreneurship and involvement of the youth in the scientific and engineering creativity as the most important personnel source of the economic innovative transformation are determined.
