Abstract:

The article explains the feasibility of creating inter-regional innovation system “The North-Caucasian innovation system.” The formation of an interregional distributed innovation and education cluster in the North Caucasus Federal District on the basis of the innovation system will help to unite the resources of universities from all the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District and to create real conditions for the modernization of the education sector.
