Abstract:

The need for educational system modernization requires search for effective forms of personnel motivation and stimulation and their practical use in accordance with specific features of work activities in institutes of higher education. The article covers the role of universities’ scientific schools as special instrument for development of positive motivation system, which allows to meet the needs of universities’ staff which takes an active part in development of scientific schools, allowing them to realize their intellectual potential at most.
