Abstract:

Article considers issues of interrelation between developers and buyers of accommodations. At-tention is paid to no breach of laws in investing-construction field. . Evaluation of homebuilding cooperatives activity as alternative to citizens participatory interests in constriction is done. The further steps of regulatory background improvement for purpose of residential real estate market development are defined.
