The problem of irrevocable deposits is discussed permanently over a period of last ten years. Besides, there are ardent supporters of their implementation from one part and irreconcilable opponents from other part. This issue acquires the most actuality at present: Russian financial system recovers after long downfall, credit institutions are in great necessity of long-term resources attracted in domestic market.
