Abstract:

Planning nowadays is a necessary thing, but not sufficient for success. Each step must be planned. Impromptu and unexpected actions can bring a company that fails into the leaders, but such cases are rare. Everywhere and always a pre-defined strategy and a clearly defined plan are required.
