Abstract:

Transition from the monopolistic structure of the Russian power industry to competitive model requires positively new management mechanisms in different aspects of power companies’ activity. Special attention should be paid to the development of innovative organizational structures in this sector. The article considers international experience in the development of network innovative structures in the power industry.
