Abstract:

In the paper, the authors have made an attempt to summarize and classify the key objectives of development of enterprises engaged in bus service in major cities of the Russian Federation using the method of construction of an objectives tree. The key strategies, concepts and programs, operating on the federal and regional level were taken as the basis, the interests of the major participants of the system of municipal passenger transport have been considered.
