Abstract:

The article is devoted to the criminal practice of anti-competitive agreements of government authorities of different levels with participants of placing a state (municipal) order in the Russian Federation. The essential features and basic methods of realization of anti-competitive agreements in trading were determined. Recommendations for specialists of regulatory authorities to identify anti-competitive agreements were given.
