Abstract:

The involvement of non-profit organizations in the implementation of measures of social policy can significantly improve the quality and variety of public services. In terms of housing services, development of an optimal organizational-economic mechanism comes to the forefront. The article presents ways of development of non-profit organizations providing social services in the housing sector, where the emphasis is on reducing construction risks and acceptable conditions of payment for housing.
