Abstract:

The article analyzes the causes of crisises particularly in the investment and construction complex. Obviously, there is a need for a new financial model for project management. This situation should be used for the establishment of innovative economy in the region. Economic development in Tatarstan greatly depends on the efficiency of investment and construction of the complex. At the moment the solution of these issues is impossible without active intervention of the government.
