Abstract:

The theme of development of low-rise housing in our country, formation of relevant public, municipal and corporate business strategies, development of appropriate technologies, organization and management of this segment of the housing market has been and is being studied at the moment as an up-to-date scientific and practical trend. The article presents assessment of the nature and importance of individual housing construction for Russian citizens.
