Abstract:

Studying the questions of the investment activity of industrial enterprises, both at macro - and micro levels is actual for Russia, which is in a fair way to the developed market economy. Major factors, constraining investment activity, general methodological principles of the organization of investment activity at industrial enterprises are presented in the article. The main objectives of organization and stages of management of investment activity and problems of effective use of investment resources have been specified.
