Abstract:

The main types of energy resources, which are consumed by agriculture, are fuels and lubricants. In the present conditions of imperfect and monopolized market of oil products in the Russian Federation, providing agricultural enterprises with fuel and lubricants is almost impossible without intervention of the state. The basic principles and purposes of public-private partnership in providing the agricultural enterprises with fuel and lubricants have been formulated in the article.
