Abstract:

The article is devoted to the variety of aspects of reforming the state regulation of entrepreneurial activity in Turkmenistan. A specific attention is paid to the issues of improvement of the legislative framework of entrepreneurship and to active engagement of representatives of the business community in lawmaking. An urgent necessity to create a unified register and electronic database of regulatory documents, which are met common sense requirements and written in plain language to be understandable by foreign investor, has been identified. A crucial importance of both development of mechanisms to decrease the level of corruption during a decision-making process, simplifying administrative regulation and protocols, which enable to form e-government within the framework and in the period of conducting the reforms and implementation of reforming in a very short time frame.
