Abstract:

The article presents the research results of clustering technologies influence on region socio-economic development. The basic advantages of clustering structures providing the increasing of the regions competitiveness and innovative development of territories are shown. The example of creation and development of the North Caucasus tourist cluster allows to find out the problems of clustering technologies for the regional development management. And as major of them the problem of stuffing is defined. To solve this problem, based on the estimation of stuff resources quantity and existed educational potential of the region, the authors have designed the model of branch education cluster in the field of tourism and service, recommended the organizational-functional structure of corporate university and formed the model of cooperation of center for evaluation and certification with the executive authorities, educational institutions and interested organizations.
