Abstract:

Economic conversion in post-Soviet Russia put forward a number of difficult theoretical and practical problems, among which the process of formation and development of entrepreneurship institute occupies a special place. The attempt of borrowing the foreign experience without taking the national specificity into consideration has led to extremely negative consequences.
